What we collect
When you submit the contact form on our website we collect the name, business name, email address, phone number and message you provide. If you check the text message box we also record that consent, along with the date and time. When you call us we keep a record of the call. Our website collects basic analytics such as pages viewed, which we use to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss quotes, schedule site surveys and appointments, deliver and support the work you hire us for, and keep records of our dealings with you. We do not use it for anything else.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you check the text message box on our contact form, we use your mobile number to reply to you about your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Messaging Terms for the full messaging policy.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, our customer relationship system and our telephone provider, and only so they can perform that service for us. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the people at S2 who need it to do their job, and we use reputable providers who maintain their own security controls.
Children
Our services are sold to businesses and our website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@s2services.net or call 877-910-3282 and we will help. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by replying and telling us.
