We used CAT6A throughout - which matters more than a lot of people realize. CAT6A supports 10-gigabit speeds and handles higher bandwidth demands without signal degradation. For a space running workstations, Wi-Fi access points, TVs, and printers all on the same infrastructure, that headroom is exactly what you want baked in from the start. The cable runs were grouped and bundled neatly through the ceiling, with firestopping installed at every penetration point. That's not optional - it's code.
